Panama 3 Month Probation Period

Many companies in Panama rotate employees to avoid having to pay all the the addiotnal employee taxes such as bonus for lenght of service and "indemnizacion" and more. Firing your worker every 3 months greatly limits their rights in labor court as the period is considered probational. After the first 3 months if no new contract has been signed, the employee is assumed to be permanent.
